Preparations are underway for all the romantics who plan to dine out on Valentine’s Day, on one of the gastronomic industry’s busiest nights of the year. That’s why here at 702 ENT, we wanted to compile a list of top 10 local, romantic restaurant recommendations. The following list is one that shows eateries that are offering special menus, dishes and/or cocktails.
Alder & Birch, The Orleans
Crab cake with roasted pepper coulis; cream of asparagus soup or very berry salad; salmon Wellington or mixed grill of petite filet mignon, crab-stuffed prawn and bacon-wrapped scallop; and Venetian cherry chocolate mousse cake, $58, 5 to 10 p.m.
Beer Park, Paris Las Vegas
