Kesha has announced that she will be kicking-off her Las Vegas residency at Wynn’s Intrigue Nightclub on June 23.
The “Tik Tok” singer, who’s currently embroiled in a legal battle with her producer Dr. Luke, has confirmed that she will be performing on three dates; Thursday June 23, Saturday June 25 and Saturday July 23.
Kesha will be the first major artist to perform at the Wynn’s new space, which steers clear from booking the EDM festival headliners that have dominated Vegas for the past five years.
Last month, Kesha took to the stage to perform as part of the Billboard Music Awards. At the time, she sang a cover of Bob Dylan’s “It Ain’t Me, Babe” with accompaniment from Ben Folds on piano and Rob Moose on violin.
“True Colors” Kesha’s first single in years, comes courtesy of producer Zedd, who’s singed up to a multi-year residency at megaclubs XS and Encore Beach Club. On June 25, both are scheduled to play various venues in the vicinity so it is highly anticipated that a duet may be in the works.
