With some of the best restaurants, bars, nightclubs and hotels, there’s literally nowhere better to go than Las Vegas for a romantic getaway.
At 702 ENT, one of the leading Las Vegas concierge companies, we are often asked which Las Vegas hotel we would recommend for an ideal romantic getaway.
While these things usually tend to be subjective, depending on peoples various tastes and requirements, we have listed our 10 favorite Las Vegas hotels below.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
With some of the sexiest rooms in Sin City, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino provides couples with a range of different room choices. However, the most suited for a romantic getaway, to us, is the Provocateur Penthouse.
The spacious Moulin Rouge styled penthouse offers stunning custom-made furniture and dominatrix accessories throughout for, well, you know! It also has a handy little feature to instantly turn on the romance when things get hot. At the flip of a switch, the shades will come down and the lights will dim.
Other amenities include a private balcony with a heated plunge pool, just in case things aren’t hot enough already.
ARIA Resort & Casino
ARIA, one of our favorite hotels, has 4,572 rooms and suites including the in demand Sky Suites.
The Sky Suites have their very own entrance just steps away from Arias main attractions such as Bar Masa, Julian Serrano, and Jean Georges Steakhouse, providing an exclusive feel to the place.
Aria’s other superlatives, such as its 80,000-square-foot spa and salon, its great public art collection, and walkway access to the luxurious Shops at Crystals are as close or as far away as Sky Suites guests would like them to feel. The dramatic suites themselves start at 1,000 square feet and top out at 7,000, and come with all the extras: Hermes amenities, in-suites saunas, complimentary hybrid limo service to and from the airport, and even iPads and laptops.
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
As the name suggests, the Cosmopolitan is one of the more sophisticated hotels in Las Vegas.
Several types of guest rooms are available, many of them suite-style rooms with kitchenettes as well as a terrace with an incredible view of the Strip. The beautifully decorated, well-appointed rooms are modern with a peaceful color palette. The Cosmopolitan’s location is ideal, situated right in the heart of the Strip, making it a great place to stay if you’d like to be in the heart of the action on the Strip. Check ahead for a schedule of events since the property attracts big names and events on a regular basis.
Red Rock Resort Las Vegas
Located close to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and within walking distance of Downtown Summerlin, this resort has everything a couple could want for a romantic getaway. With Red Rock nearby there are full of sightseeing activities available for the adventurers among you.
Suites feature a contemporary design and view of either the Strip or the beautiful Red Rock Mountains. In addition to a separate bedroom area, suites feature a sitting area with a half-bath, dining table, we bar, and a large bathroom, complete with a deep soaking tub. The Las Vegas Strip is just a short ride away, but the serene water and rock ambiance at the Red Rock feels more like an oasis than a casino.
Palazzo Resort and Hotel
The bigger, grander sister hotel to the Venetian Resort, the Palazzo Resort and Hotel, offers some of the biggest and best guest rooms in Vegas.
Even though the Palazzo puts you right in the middle of all the action, the hotel has 15 restaurants, an outpost of the world-renowned Canyon Ranch Spa, and beautiful, classy pools. And the rooms really are breathtaking; huge bathrooms with soaking tubs, giant showers, and double sinks, a sunken living room with velour couches, flatscreen TVs, dining tables, and a bedroom area with a pillow-top king-sized bed and Egyptian cotton sheets. Plus, you can take a private gondola ride under a fake, painted ceiling and pretend you’re in Italy.
SkyLofts at MGM Grand
At 29 floors above the Strip, you’ll find MGM’s 51 luxury two-level Skylofts, all with their very own private entrances. Each loft has its own gallery foyer, sweeping staircase, butler pantry, and billiard room. Book the two-bedroom with a bi-level patio and plunge pool overlooking the Strip, and you’ll feel as though you’re in a villa.
The suites come with multiple in-bathroom televisions, spa butlers delivering “color therapy” baths. MGM Grand’s recent “Grand Renovation” included a major green sweep of all its rooms and suites. Standout dining spots such as Joel Robuchon have wisely been left alone, and SkyLofts guests have preferred access to all the nightspots and restaurants, including the Cantonese-themed restaurant and nightclub Hakkasan.
Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas
The guest rooms at Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas were designed with elegance in mind, and the result is a romantic hotel that delivers first-class amenities. With their sleek style and modern features, you are sure to enjoy a luxury experience that you won’t quickly forget. The bathrooms are enclosed with frosted glass panels and are stocked with luxury bath products, inviting an indulgently long soak. The spa, on-site dining options and delectable room service are sure to delight couples looking for a romantic getaway.
For an eye-popping view, Twist and the Mandarin Bar give guests excellent options for dinner or drinks, Mandarin Bar on the 23rd floor is the perfect place to toast to the night ahead with three walls of floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel frequently offers romance packages, so be sure to ask about any current offers when you book.
Bellagio
Often thought of as Las Vegas’ premier resort, the Bellagio offers couples an unforgettable experience. Home to one of the most romantic attractions in the world, the famous Fountains of Bellagio, and some of the Strip’s most renowned restaurants, the Bellagio guestrooms and suites are designed with tasteful elegance.
Those looking to make their stay truly special needn’t look any further than the resort’s Romance Retreat package, which includes a Lakeview Cypress Suite for a night, limo transportation from and to McCarran International Airport, check-in at the Chairman’s Lounge private registration, one bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, a 50-minute couples massage at Spa Bellagio and a prix fixe dinner for two at your choice of either Picasso or Michael Mina.
Paris
Well the name says it all. Who wouldn’t want a night in Paris right?
Not surprisingly, the Las Vegas hotel, themed after the romantic European city, is one of Las Vegas’ most romantic resorts as well. The hotel is in a great, central location on the Strip, and its guestrooms feature such luxurious and authentic touches as rich French fabrics and stately armoires that serve as the closets, adding to the European ambiance. The resort also features replicas of French landmarks, including a 50-story replica of the Eiffel Tower. Guests can travel in a glass elevator to the observation deck on the 46th floor and take in the breathtaking views of the city. For one of the most romantic dinners in Las Vegas, have a meal at the elegant Eiffel Tower Restaurant on the 11th floor, where the food and the view are excellent.
So enjoy all the romance of Paris but the unbeatable entertainment of Las Vegas all in one go!
The Venetian
To us, the Venice-themed Venetian hotel simply has to be the number one location for all couples looking for a romantic getaway to Vegas.
The all-suite resort oozes romance, from a romantic gondola ride down its replica Grand Canal to a heavenly couples massage at its luxurious spa, Canyon Ranch SpaClub, one of the only retreats on the Strip with its own co-ed area for couples to enjoy. The resort even offers a Romance Getaway Package that includes a Luxury View Suite for two nights, a private gondola ride for two, pre-fixe dinner for two at db Brasserie with wine pairings, breakfast for two delivered to your suite starting at just $249 a night. With prices that affordable, who needs Venice?
